Mr. McCullum is the founder and owner of Infinite eDiscovery Solutions. He has over 20 years of experience in Litigation Support Industry. Prior to founding Infinite, Mr. McCullum worked in the litigation support industry as Vice President and Co-Owner of Excel Business Solutions, where he started and developed the company’s eDiscovery Department. Before helping to start Excel, he served as the Senior Account manager and creator of the Litigation Deparment at AmeriPress. Prior to these two roles, Mr. McCullum worked at Lanier Professional Services and Tower Legal Services as a Copying and Scanning Specialist, before moving into sales as a Customer Service Representative.

Mr. McCullum founded Infinite with the “new normal” in mind. His personal mantra of “Portability, Scalability and Affordability” is what guides the business practices of Infinite. Under his guidance and directive, Infinite is always researching for the latest and most innovative tools and solutions for our clients.

Mr. McCullum prides himself on customer care and loyalty. He also takes pride in the staff he puts together, comprised of lawyers, paralegals and technologists.

Thomas Zacharia, J.D., M.B.A. is a Senior Project Manager at Infinite eDiscovery Solutions. He is an alumnus of Emory Law School. He has practiced for over 15 years in the Insurance, Securities and Real Estate fields.

Thomas is also a Certified eDiscovery Project Manager, having earned his certification from Bryan University, one of the first full time eDiscovery programs in the country.

Thomas has been an eDiscovery Project Manager for the past 5 years and in addition to working as a PM, he also teaches and conducts CLE’s and eDiscovery Workshops in Georgia.
